how shall bolivia hear?
Introductory Message:
My name is Joshua Morris. As members of Troy Baptist Temple in Troy, Ohio, my wife Jennifer and I are on deputation as church-planting missionaries to Bolivia, South America. Following the example of the Apostle Paul, we will be “preaching the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest [we] should build upon another man’s foundation.”
“The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord.” I know that I am where God wants me today because I have obeyed each step He has used to get me here. Growing up in a godly home, I was saved at a young age. Later, at the Bill Rice Ranch, I surrendered my life to full-time service. Through missions conferences and trips, God led me to serve Him in Spanish-speaking missions. While majoring in missions at Northland Baptist Bible College, I took an internship to Bolivia. It was there that God gave me a love for the Bolivian people. After college, I interned at Bethel Baptist Church in Schaumburg, Illinois, where I met my wife, Jennifer. She also grew up in a godly home, and was saved at a young age. Later, at the Wilds, she surrendered to full-time service. After a trip to Brazil with her church, she felt God leading her to missions. It was during her preparation to go as a teacher that God brought us together.
I will be calling you shortly after you receive this letter to follow up. If you need to contact us before then, our contact information is on the left-hand column. Hope to hear from you soon.
In Christ,
Joshua and Jennifer Morris
